Insurance for Not-for-profits
About this event
Insurance is an important part of managing risk in any not-for-profit organisation. But with a wide range of policies available and emerging risks affecting the sector, it can be difficult to know what cover your organisation needs and why.
For this session, Justice Connect has partnered with Derek Turner from AON, an insurance and risk advisory firm with specialist expertise in the not-for-profit sector, to explore common insurance types for not-for-profits and how they fit within a broader risk management framework. We'll also discuss emerging risks facing the sector and practical considerations when reviewing your organisation's insurance arrangements.
Whether you're a board member, leader or staff member responsible for governance, risk or compliance, this webinar will help you better understand insurance and make informed decisions for your organisation.
AON will cover:
- Key risk and insurance trends affecting the not-for-profit sector
- Common types of insurance for not-for-profits, including public liability, professional indemnity, management liability, cyber insurance and volunteer personal accident insurance
- How insurance can support your organisation's broader risk management approach
- Practical considerations when reviewing your insurance needs
You'll receive:
- 75 minutes of plain-language training from an experienced insurance broker, specialising in the not-for-profit sector
- Copy of webinar recording (accessible for 3 months) and slide handout
- Information on further resources and support
Who should attend:
Board members, CEOs, executive leaders, finance and operations managers, risk professionals, and anyone responsible for governance, compliance or insurance within a not-for-profit organisation.
