Do you have a legal enquiry and are you based in South Australia?

JusticeNet SA is a not-for-profit organisation that coordinates pro bono (free) legal assistance for eligible not-for-profit organisations in SA.

Your organisation may be eligible for help if it has charitable purposes. If you are unsure whether you qualify, feel free to ask. Please note that due to JusticeNet SA’s limited resources they cannot meet with you in person to discuss your matter. JusticeNet SA will use a telephone interpreter if required.

JusticeNet SA lawyers can help with most legal problems. However, they are unable to provide assistance with resolving internal disputes. More information is available here

To get free legal help from a pro bono lawyer through JusticeNet you need to complete an application form, available here. Applications must be accompanied by copies of all relevant supporting documentation.

If you are unsure if you are eligible or have any questions, call JusticeNet SA on 08 8313 5005 to discuss your matter.

Completed applications can be sent to

JusticeNet SA,

Ligertwood Building,

North Terrace,

University of Adelaide, SA, 5005.

You can also lodge your application by email at:
