Co-operatives National Law

New uniform laws for co-operatives, known as the Co-operatives National Law commenced in New South Wales and Victoria on 3 March 2014, with other States and Territories to follow. From a practical perspective, not much will change for existing cooperatives and no immediate action is required by co-operatives for compliance.
