There are different laws in every state and territory of Australia. There are also federal laws that apply to people and organisations in every state and territory of Australia.
To help people understand which laws they need to read about, the Information Hub can be filtered by jurisdiction (this means the states and territories of Australia). You can select which jurisidictions you want to learn about, and only information relevant to those jurisdictions will display. Federal laws will display along with the laws specific to the jurisdictions that you have selected
You can also select to see all the information for all jurisdictions while you browse and search the Information Hub.
Our site uses cookies to remember your jurisdiction when you return to the site using the same computer or device that you have used before. You can change you selection at any time by clicking on the jurisdiction tab at the top of every Information Hub page.
