Most organisations are required to undertake reporting in addition to annual reporting.

In particular, groups are often required to notify the relevant regulator if the following things change:

  • address of organisation
  • address of secretary, or
  • change of directors.

In some cases organisations will be required to report on:

  • fundraising to fundraising regulators
  • tax to tax regulators, and
  • employment law reporting (for example superannuation).

There is more information on all these types of reporting under the relevant topics on the Information Hub.
