NOT-FOR-PROFIT LAW HAS MADE A SUBMISSION TO THE TREASURY’S DRAFt legislation on CSEF for proprietary companies

Not for profit Law's submission to the Treasury’s draft legislation outlined our support the proposed reforms. We noted propsed reforms implemented the recommendation we made in our submission to the Government’s Social Impact Investing Discussion (to extend access to CSEF to proprietary companies). We recommended one minor change to the legislation (to require a minimum of three directors rather than two for proprietary companies making CSF offers).
